Who is responsible
InnovaTech is responsible for the data collected on this site. For any question about it, write to us at [email protected].
What we collect
- When you write to us through the form: your name, email and message, plus your company, phone and the service you are interested in, if you fill them in.
- When you visit the site: technical data that servers record automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you visited and the time.
The site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and provide the service you ask for.
- To keep the site secure and running.
We do not sell your data or share it with others for marketing.
Who else sees it
The site is served through our hosting provider and the Cloudflare network. Some libraries (three.js, Lenis) load from jsDelivr, so your browser also connects to its servers. These services only receive the technical data they need to work.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need to reply and for any work that follows, or as long as the law requires. Technical data is kept for a short time, for security.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us at [email protected]. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection.
