Does the AI assistant understand Albanian?
Yes. It answers in Albanian and, if you have international customers, in English or other languages too. We set it up with your business information: services, opening hours, common questions. When a question goes beyond what it knows, it passes the conversation to someone on your team.
What happens to our customer and company data?
Before we start, we agree which data is used, where it is stored and who can access it. Personal data is handled under Albanian data protection law and the GDPR. As an ISO/IEC 27001 certified company, we apply the same discipline to our own work.
Do we need to replace the software we use today?
Usually not. AI connects to your website, chat channels and existing systems such as your invoicing program or CRM. If a program doesn't allow a connection, we tell you during the review and suggest the simplest way around it.
How does our team learn to work with AI?
