Email, Teams and servers, set up the right way
Microsoft-certified engineers set up your email, Teams, SharePoint, user accounts and Windows Server, and help you get the right licences without paying for more than you need.
A familiar picture
Licences you pay for, accounts no one checks
Over time, Microsoft 365 accounts pile up without much order. People who have left still have access, some licences are paid for but unused, and others are on a plan that is too small for what they do. The office server runs, but nobody is quite sure how it was set up.
As a Microsoft Partner with MCSE, MCP, MCTS and MCT-certified engineers, we tidy up accounts, groups and permissions, configure email, Teams and SharePoint, and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory. We review your current licences, propose the right mix and handle quotes and vendor communication for you.

FAQ
Questions we often get asked
Are we paying for licences we don't need?
It happens often. Accounts of people who have left, plans more expensive than necessary and overlapping services build up unnoticed. We review every licence, compare it with actual usage and propose a mix that covers your needs without the excess.
Can we move our email without losing old messages?
Yes. Before the migration we back up your existing mail, then move mailboxes, contacts and calendars into Microsoft 365. The final domain switchover is scheduled at an agreed time, so email is not interrupted during the working day.
Do we still need an office server if we have Microsoft 365?
Not always. For many businesses, Microsoft 365 covers email, documents and collaboration. You may still need a local server for specific software, printers or on-site Active Directory. After the review we tell you plainly what can go and what makes sense to keep.
What does being a Microsoft Partner mean for us?
It means we are part of Microsoft's partner programme and our engineers hold official certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCTS and MCT. For you, that means licence quotes prepared by us, advice on the right plan and people who know the products well when something goes wrong.
