Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: how to choose

Both give you email on your own domain, cloud documents and video meetings. The difference is in how your team works.

Choose Microsoft 365 if…

• your team works in Excel, Word and Outlook on the desktop every day;
• you run Windows Server, Active Directory or software that plugs into Office;
• you need advanced controls over devices and data.

Choose Google Workspace if…

• your team works mostly in the browser and on phones;
• you want simple collaboration in the same document;
• you have no Microsoft infrastructure in the office.
