Your systems, monitored day and night

We monitor your servers, services, backups, SSL certificates and domains 24/7, alert you by email or SMS and step in remotely when something goes wrong.

Why monitor

Many failures give warning signs first

A server disk fills up slowly, a backup fails overnight without anyone noticing, an SSL certificate or domain expires and the website stops opening. The signs are usually there early, but without monitoring these problems are only discovered when customers complain or staff cannot work.

InnovaTech monitors your servers 24/7, along with services such as email, databases and your website, disk, CPU and memory usage, backups, and SSL certificates and domains close to expiry. When something crosses a set threshold, we alert you by email or SMS and step in remotely. Each month you receive a clear summary.

What's included

Everything you need, from one team

One point of contact for all your IT, with documented work and clear reports.

  • 01

    Servers and resources

We continuously check that your email, database and website are up and responding normally.

  • 03

    Backup checks

We verify that every scheduled backup completed successfully and let you know if any of them fails.

A filling disk or a failing backup can be dealt with before it stops your work or costs you data.

  • 02

We warn you in good time about SSL certificates and domains nearing expiry, so a missed renewal does not take your website or email offline.

  • 03

    A clear monthly picture

The monthly summary shows how your systems performed and helps you plan upgrades or replacements before they become urgent.

How we work

Step by step, with you involved

01

What to monitor

Together we choose the servers, services, backups, certificates and domains that need to be watched.

02

Alert rules

We define when an alert fires, who is notified by email or SMS, and what we do in each case.

03

Watch and respond

Your systems are watched 24/7; when an alert fires, we review it and step in remotely following the agreed procedure.

04

Monthly summary

Each month you get a summary of alerts, interventions, usage trends and what is worth planning next.

FAQ

Questions we often get asked

What happens when an alert fires at night?

Monitoring runs 24/7. When an alert fires, our team reviews it and, following the procedure agreed with you, either steps in remotely or notifies you by email or SMS. At the start we decide together which alerts need immediate action and which can wait until morning.

Do we need to install anything on our servers?

For internal checks such as disk, CPU and memory usage, a lightweight agent is usually installed on the server. Checks on your website, email, SSL certificates and domains run from outside, with nothing to install. We handle any installation ourselves, after your approval.

What is in the monthly summary?

A simple overview of the month: which alerts fired and how they were handled, disk space and load trends, backup status, and certificates or domains expiring soon. At the end we note what we recommend planning next.

Do you fix the problem, or just tell us about it?

That depends on our agreement. When we have the right access, we step in remotely following the agreed procedure and tell you what was done. If a system is managed by another provider, the alert with the problem details goes to you and, if you wish, to them as well.
